Patent Certificate
We have some independent patent rights. The patent certificate is a document issued by the Patent Office to prove the patent right. After the patent application is examined and approved, the Patent Office shall make a decision to grant the patent right and issue a patent certificate. The patent certificate mainly records the patent name of the invention, patent number, name of the inventor and designer, name and title of the patentee, scope of protection of rights, time of granting the patent, etc.
